Foster Care

Group Foster refers to a family setting where unrelated children are placed with parents, who may or may not have their own biological children

Foster care refers to a system in which children who cannot live with their biological parents due to various reasons, such as abuse, neglect, or abandonment, are placed in the temporary care of individuals or families, known as foster parents.

The goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the child's well-being .

Foster care is meant to offer stability and support during challenging times in a child's life.

Foster care is a temporary living arrangement for a child with unrelated family members. Ideally, the child is placed with extended family or close family friends known to them. If these options are unavailable or unwilling, foster care becomes an alternative. During placement, priority is given to families with similar cultural, tribal, or community connections.
